Soothing, harmonic sounds through the quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, voice, chimes, a gong, and other instrumentation are introduced to your session. Primordial Sounds create a nurturing field where full-body listening can invoke the deepest rest and fully restore the mind, body and spirit.
Research shows that sound therapy can lower blood pressure and heart rate, reducing stress hormones, while increasing the release of the feel-good endorphins, dopamine and serotonin. Sound healing soothes the nervous system and stimulates the body to self heal. Deeper meditative brainwave states can be achieved in which deep insight becomes possible and higher states of consciousness can be experienced revealing your highest potential.
